Damn that DeRusha!
"Alexis will do just about anything for twenty-five bucks an hour."
Oh, really?!
The innuendos don't stop there:
"...and putting a dog in the front seat of her car is far from the weirdest thing she's been asked to do."
You have no idea how much I've heard those two sentences repeated to me in the last 24 hours.
Good job, though, to Jason DeRusha and Chris the Camera Guy. The story turned out cute, though I had no idea I was being so mumbly. Those guys need to tell a girl to speak up.
P.S. I'll be at the Walker tomorrow, doing my segment for Chowhounds!, so come on down. Then I'm hopping a flight to Vegas. Molly runs the Vegas Marathon Sunday and some of us are going out to cheer her on.
So, come on. If you can't make it down to the Walker tomorrow, at least come to Vegas.
Notice that you're not denying that you will do almost anything for 25 bucks an hour... and putting a dog in the front seat of your car is far from the weirdest thing you've been asked to do.

Do you think this will make business pick up a bit for you? Are the holidays usually busier? Have fun in Vegas. I really wish I could make it out there. Cash flow is the only thing keeping me from being out there to cheer.
