Yes, I have. Same thing. And I got some weird errant towel charge months after the fact. They aren't exactly a well oiled machine in the customer service department. You're basically going to have to do their job for them.


I have had problems with LifeTime charging me the wrong rate. It took 3 calls to customer service to correct it. I need to change gyms...
